 We
have been spray welding shafts for many years. There is really
no limit to the types of shafts we can either manufacture new
or resurface. A few samples would include pump impellors, valve
stems, hydraulic rams, and compressor rods. Essentially, if the
shaft is worn by impellors, bearings, etc… we can repair
and resurface the area. We can typically rebuild a shaft for
1/3 of the replacement cost providing a significant cost savings
to our customers. In many cases the rebuilt shaft is actually
a higher quality part with the new hard coating than when it
was new. |
